Standard Shop Products
When placing an order for one of the products within our standard shop your order will be dispatched within two working days of the order being received.

Tailored Products
Our team will begin working on your tailored product after 24 hours of receiving your order. If you need to make any amends or cancel your order this must be done withing the 24 hours, once our team have begun creating your piece of art we can no longer amend or cancel orders. Your tailored piece will be delivered within 14 working days (unless otherwise agreed).

Bespoke Pieces
Once you have approved the design for your light we will send you an invoice with all the payment information you need.  Upon payment we will commence making your unique piece of work. 

Delivery can be expected 21 days (unless otherwise agreed) from receiving your payment, your parcel will be delivered by FedEx. 

During busy periods this lead time may need to be increased but we will of course stay in touch and ensure you are aware of any delays. 


Returns policy.

Before we send our completed pieces to you all parts are checked and individually tested throughout the production process inside our workshop.  We work hard to ensure that each piece of work leaves in perfect order and packed well, if something has gone wrong along the way please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve this for you.

Once you have agreed your sign terms we will manufacture to your specification.  Please note that refunds are not available on bespoke pieces once sign terms are agreed.   

We guarantee to look after your piece, which includes any faults with parts and postage for the first 12 months.  After 12 months there will be a maintenance charge to cover the costs of labour and any replacement parts needed.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are unable to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
